This week on the Backyards and Bevvies Podcast PK & BK discuss a popular phrase… “Self-Made” and how there may be a better way to phrase it.
PK and BK love tattoos, as you can tell if you have ever met them or viewed any of their stuff online, but one tattoo's phrasing has never sat well with PK. Not that he thinks it is wrong if someone gets the popular phrase but he does tend to find it wrong in the definition of “making it”. During this episode the two discuss using “self-motivated” as a phrase when talking to people about your success instead of using “self-made”. This is by no means a shot at anyone wanting that specific “self-made” tattoo but is a mere observation into the fact that no one is technically self-made.
